The product language leans professional-tool rather than conversational-friend. Dense panels, keyboard-first input, a palette that stays out of the way of the work. Every screen was designed to be screenshotted into a paper without looking out of place.
The 3D visualizer runs on React Three Fiber with a custom shader pipeline for attention maps. We built the brand simultaneously with the app so typography and motion language are shared across surfaces — the marketing site is the same system turned outward.
We shipped in small vertical slices behind a private beta gate, collecting live session recordings weekly so the team could watch real researchers use the thing instead of guessing from survey data.
